Yes, I think the most important thing is to start from the basic steps, which includes a-i-u-e-o, and beginning with the katakana. I'll try to think of ways to incorporate this into 5-10 minute lessons.

Actually, I'm still in the process of doing my research into tea. It may be a little time before I can mentally prepare all the material I want to record.

I can think of lots of ideas for teaching Japanese to foreigners. Do you want it to be just like spoken lessons? Or do you want to use some activities or games in the teaching process?
